MA Jump$tart Coalition Teach the Teacher Training Program! Click here for event flyer and schedule!

The MA Jump$tart Coalition, in partnership with Fidelity Investments and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, is pleased to offer a content-based teacher training event in the area of personal finance June 25-27. This unique training opportunity will be conducted using the Jump$tart Teacher Training Alliance Model. The J$TTA is a collaborative endeavor designed to standardize teacher training in personal finance through a shared Model, which will ensure consistency and rigor in teacher training programs across the country. The topics include:
Seminar 1: Global Economics and Personal Finances
Seminar 2: Spending and Financial Planning
Seminar 3: Saving and Investing
Seminar 4: Enhancing Your Earning Capacity
Seminar 5: Financial Services, Identity Fraud
Seminar 6: Manage Credit and Debt
Seminar 7: Risk Management and Insurance

Registration Fee: $79 before May 15. $99 after May 15. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER! 

Attendees will receive professional credit hours for attending this event. A limited number of hotel rooms at the Doubletree by Hilton is available at an additional cost of $189 plus applicable taxes per night. The Jump$tart National Educator Conference:

Is devoted to the teaching of personal finance in PreK-12 classrooms. Subsidizes costs for teachers, making it affordable despite economic conditions. Improves teachers’ own level of financial literacy. Introduces teachers to new information, techniques, and resources to help them bring personal finance to life in their classrooms. Gives teachers the opportunity to network with resource providers, industry leaders, and—most importantly—fellow financial educators from across the country.
